Privacy Policy
Your collection is your information.
This policy summarizes how Coin & Note Collector handles account, photo, collection and purchase information across the public website, web app and Android app.
Information you provide
The service may process account details, coin or banknote photos, collection records, corrections, notes, and other information you choose to save.
Photos and AI assistance
Photos you select or capture may be uploaded to provide AI-assisted identification and collection features. AI results are suggestions and do not guarantee authenticity, professional grade, rarity, or sale value.
Account, hosting and storage
Service providers are used for authentication, application hosting, database storage, file storage and product operation. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Subscription purchases
Android subscriptions are handled through Google Play. Web subscription checkout may be handled through Stripe when that billing path is enabled. Coin receives provider/customer/subscription and entitlement information needed to verify Premium access; full payment-card details remain with the payment provider.
Sharing and service providers
Peake Technology does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when needed to operate the service, provide AI-assisted features, store information, verify purchases, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.
Advertising and privacy choices
In the Android app, Free Collector accounts may see Google banner ads on the Collection and Values & Research screens and a limited App Open ad on Home/app-open opportunities. The app permits at most one App Open opportunity per running session and enforces a minimum interval between recorded displays. Ads are not shown during scanning, identification review or saving, sign-in, password recovery, subscription or payment actions, or external-sale actions. Collector Premium and Peake Technology owner access are ad-free.
When ads are available, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share a device's IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, including the Advertising ID when available and permitted. Google describes these SDK data uses as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Coin does not send saved collectible records, collection photos, notes, or direct account details to Google to select ads. Google's User Messaging Platform presents and applies privacy choices where required. If Google does not report that ads can be requested, Coin does not request an ad. When the app reports that a privacy-options entry point is required, you can reopen those choices in Account under Security & privacy. Ad availability and processing depend on region, the choices made, device settings, Google's ad fill, and Google's current requirements. Retention and deletion
Information may be retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for operation, disputes, security, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and recordkeeping. See account deletion options.
